how to plug in computer stereo speakers to the back of your computer?

If there is headphone sigh then plug them in. If a similar socket then it might be mic-in, if u plug in headphones nothing will occur. If similar could be speakers out, can damage ur headphones so u better have the volume really low. If nothing at all then u can buy a sound card. Maybe haedphne hole is at the front too.
